Factual corrections
A claimed factual error should identify the exact statement, explain the correction, and provide a supporting primary record where available. Material corrections will be logged publicly.
A standing invitation to correct or respond
GEM Aviation and CFI Jose Capellan are invited to correct the record or provide a response. The goal is a fair factual account, not a one-sided accusation page.
Written responses
A relevant written response from GEM or Jose will be considered for publication with reasonable prominence. Private information and unrelated accusations may be redacted or omitted.
No public comments
This site does not host public comments and will not publish unverified third-party accusations. The evidence archive concerns my own firsthand experience.
Privacy and safety
Responses should not include personal phone numbers, home addresses, account data, family information, or identifying details about uninvolved third parties.
